Heather Turner, CRNP
Heather grew up in Kokomo, Indiana. She recently moved from Indiana to Albertville. She graduated on the Dean’s list from Indiana University at Kokomo in 1997. As a registered nurse she worked in various areas including telemetry, ICU, CCU, cardiothoracic surgery, correctional nursing, and level 1 trauma/ER. In 2009, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner graduating with honors from Ball State University. She is accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Heather’s nurse practitioner experience has been in family, women’s health, and teenage girls who have experienced sex trafficking.
Heather has been married to her high school sweetheart, Dan, for 30 years. They have two adult sons, Peyton & Trevor. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog while hiking, gardening, fishing, and driving their Jeep in the mountains. She is excited to provide care at a higher level while assisting patients with the tools to take control of their own health. She is looking forward to serving and becoming an active member of the community.
